My cat Hershey

I have to tell you, Life Is Good living with my legal guardians, Yue and Charlie. I live in a house that is childfree. I love my cat caviar, a dried snack that is made of organic salmon’s skin. I also love soft yummy canned salmon or tuna mixed with savory juice. Sometimes, I get served Haagen Dazs vanilla ice cream, and it’s the most delicious food in the world. The bowl I eat from is a beautiful hand painted piece of pottery. I have a designer leather collar around my neck with a gold plated name tag etched “Hershey” along with my address. I sleep with my guardians on the softest Egyptian cotton sheets, with my head against the pillows at night. I have lots of toys, mostly toy mice in different colors and shapes, but my favorite one was the Christmas mouse that’s made of red felt with green ears. I fetch! I love to fetch. I play fetch with Charlie where he tosses the mouse and I run as fast as I can and bring it back to him. We play this game for hours, sometimes at 3 in the morning.
I have a sister Oba, she is a few minutes older than me. She is my best friend. We play, eat, nap and go to the vet together. When Yue and Charlie are traveling, Oba and I visit Charlie’s mom’s house. Oh boy it’s fun to visit her. She lives in a big house on a big property with another Birman cat also called “Hershey.” We get along ok with old Hershey – when I try to play with him he just turns his nose away. Once I tried to eat his food – that didn’t go down very well. The best part of the visit was playing hide and seek in the house, there are so many places I can hide.
I love everyone except Dr. Lin, my vet and everyone loves me. When people see me they always try to pick me up and hold me in their arms which I don’t mind. I made lots of friends this way.
